House of Peace - Includes Wi-Fi

The location was fantastic. It was in a safe neighbourhood and was quiet. The house was very spacious.

The air conditioning was not very effective at cooling the master bedroom (it was effective at cooling the main floor where the kitchen and living room were located though). It didn’t seem like cool air was coming up through the vents to the master bedroom. You may want to have someone look at it. Alternatively, you might place some fans upstairs?

The facility was clean and modern.

The pillows were flat, the futon couch was uncomfortable, there were not enough glasses, dishes, cooking utensils and no baking sheet for the oven.Also, when I booked the facility, it advertised that Netflix was included (which it never was) then the name was switched to exclude Netflix.

Great place to stay and responsive and helpful owners.

No complaints

The location was good for what we were in town for (Soccer Tournament) in Nepean. The size was good.

The washing machine wasn't working. I needed a washer to clean soccer gear in between very hot and sweaty games. The kitchen has very limited cooking utensils. No wooden spoons, no tongs, no spatulas. Literally two egg flippers and a flat kind of paddle. I didn't expect a fully stocked kitchen like home, but tongs and spoons at least... The downstairs bathroom door sticks and you can't get out. The couch feels like it's breaking, it's definitely been mistreated. The matresses were uncomfortable, too soft for me. Though some may like that. There is an odour of garbage near the front steps as there it's lots of trash in the garage.
