    Pleasantly surprised by this boutique hotel. The designer who remodeled these rooms perfectly captured the heart and soul of classic Mission Beach. Efficient, charming, retro yet modern in all the best ways. Even the standard room felt more like a VRBO instead of a hotel room. The manager, Julia, went above and beyond to accommodate an issue we had with parking that was a 3rd party booking miscommunication and had nothing to do with the hotel. She could have just left us to figure it out but she took it upon herself to provide us with an excellent solution. The location has all the food and shopping you could want within walking distance, as well as being 1 block from the bay and 3 blocks from the ocean. We will definitely be back.

    The room was exactly as the pictures shown. We were so pleased with the staff, the easy check-in and the beautiful vibe of this room. It's central to the marinas and close to a few resturants and stores.

    The room itself was lovely, with well done upgrades and decor. There didn't seem to be any amenities besides a seating area near the parking spaces, plus our room didn't have a balcony, despite being pictured with one. My huge complaint is that we arrived about 8:30 pm, and hadn't received any communication from the property after booking through a 3rd party site. Apparently they are "self service," and there was no one on-site. We didn't know what room was ours, let alone the code for the door or any instructions about the pay to park situation. Finally found a customer service number, but when I called, the agent was incredibly slow in providing the information to access the room, after I gave him literally every identifying factor I used to book the room. At a certain point in the call, I wasn't even sure if I was giving my information to the right person, as they kept going silent for periods of time. Quite frustrating after a long day of traveling to get there. Overall, the room ended up being cute, but no balcony as advertised and faced an alley. So overall, not really worth the almost *** price tag.
