Kairi

Our stay and meals at Kairi were the highlight of our recent trip to Japan. There is only one group staying at the property on any given day so it was just the two of us plus the staff. Everything was beautiful, the owner has exquisite taste. You stay in a bedroom in the attic and the traditional beds were very comfortable, the comforters were so fluffy and luxurious. The bathroom were extremely well done as well with high end toiletries. Chef served an amazing, thoughtful dinner. The food was truly spectacular. So much thought went into every dish and we thought it was all delicious. Then we had the space to ourselves for the evening. Before we departed the next morning, we also had a wonderful traditional Japanese breakfast.

私たちは貸切り状態だったので、お食事処をリビングダイニングのように使わせていただきましたが、他のお客様とも一緒にお食事となると、２回の寝室だけでは、ゆっくりするスペースが狭く感じるのかなと思いました。

古民家は、落ち着いた雰囲気を残して改装されており、吟味されたであろう設アメニティやタオルなど、使い心地も居心地も良い空間でした。 淡路島の地産地消である食材尽くしのお料理を、ゆっくり給仕してくださるので、じっくり楽しみながら味わうことができました。 翌日が早朝出発だったため、朝食をゆっくり食べることができなかったことが、とても残念でした。

居心地のよさと、そのまま宿泊できる気やすさから、飲み過ぎてしまいました。
