Wspaniała lokalizacja, zamknięte osiedle domków letniskowych. Bliskość morza, piękne otoczenie, wspaniały ogród. Obiekt idealny dla rodziny, wyposażony we wszystko czego trzeba, środki czystości, kuchnia, grill, pralka i suszarka. To zdecydowane atuty obiektu.
Obiekt wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia, sofa w salonie już mocno wyeksploatowana, czystość - ok kuchnia, łóżka, ręczniki i pościel. Jednak łazienki, ściany, deski na tarasie w ogrodzie wymagają odświeżenia.

Sfeer in het huis was leuk doordat er veel hout gebruikt is en omdat er leuke persoonlijke spulletjes waren. Echt een ‘huis’ in plaats van anoniem verblijf. Alles werkte en was schoon. Heerlijke tuin met veel zitplekjes. Eigenaar gaf in de berichten een hartelijk gevoel en reageerde vriendelijk. Riga is heel goed per trein te bereiken in half uur.
Buitenkant kan wel een verflaag gebruiken.

Die Lage am Strand war perfekt, auch nur um mal kurz noch einen kleinen Spaziergang zu machen. Aber gleichzeitig in der Nähe von Supermärkten, netten Cafés und der Bahn nach Riga
Die offenen Räume waren teilweise eine Einschränkung, da sehr hellhörig. Den vorderen Schlafraum konnte man nicht abdunkeln. Da die Nächte Ende Mai sehr kurz sind, war das nicht optimal
