Check in is arduous and lengthy. If Robert was not there, there would be nowhere to leave bags prior to check in. Woman was messing about with opening and shutting locker next to my head from midnight to 1.45am. A large woman across the room had a chronic snoring/apnea issue and so night 1 no sleep. Night two I slept in kitchen seating area. A man woke up early and started walking around and showering at 5.20. Blowing nose, hawking and spitting in shower for 15 mins. Then pottering around before and after shower. No sleep as people arrived back after midnight messing with lockers. Hated showers and washrooms here. Taps needed to be pressed every 15 to 35 seconds for water. Building was cold as no heating put on, Paid a lot of money to stay here, way more than Bucharest. Could of got a private room for 3 euros more just over 1 km away. Annoyed as so tired. Not keen on the noisy lockers in the room, nor a large social table I room which potentially allows gatherings and noise. Night 1, the snorer woman also had loud vibrating phone and tapping on laptop loudly late into the night. Zero respect. No heaters at all in washrooms and with windows left open so cold. At least there was a washing machine. And, location is near transportation.
