Location, proximity to beach and local shops great, easy walking distance
Ready for a slight update, and ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Obviously an issue as there were ant traps.

The property is well maintained, seemily recently renovated and easy to access.
The lock box is kept very close to the neighbours balcony and I noticed them sitting out the front when I picked up and returned them. It just felt a little (possibly unnecessarily) intrusive. It also meant the neighbour was very aware when I was coming and going.

Frying pans had been burnt badly and were not pleasant to use also bed was very average.
