الموقع آمن وجميل جداً والإطلالة رائعة والناس في الحيّ ودودين ، بجانب المبنى ماركت صغير ممتاز لكنه يقفل بدري الساعة 9 مساءً لذلك امّنو نفسكم فترة الليل ، يوجد صابون غسيل يدين ومناديل فقط من ادوات النظافة ، الشقة تعتبر واسعة كمساحة حجزت 3 غرف وغرفة معيشة مع تراس مقابل مبلغ جيّد.
لا يوجد مصعد ، وبصدق النظافة ليست جيده ، ونصف الأثاث قديم ، ويوجد حشرات في الاسقف ، واحده من الغرف فيها شباك سقف والاطار متآكل والسرير المقابل له ممتلئ بالماء من بعد المطر ، لا توجد ادوات تنظيف للحمامات ، لا يوجد شطّافات ، نعلات الباركيه مفكوكة والاضاءات في الحمام غير كافيه ولا يوجد تهويه.
