La cercanía con la playa, bares y restaurantes
Faltaron algunos implementos para mayor comodidad, por ejemplo destapador de vinos y de cervezas. Había uno pero era incómodo. Fuera de eso el lugar es genial y la atención es excelente, recomendadisimo.

En primer lugar me gustó el departamento, es muy cómodo, todos los servicios de calidad: conserjería, claves de acceso, también el internet, TV cable, agua caliente, luz. Tiene una vista hermosa desde el balcón. La ubicación también me gustó, ya que está a pasos de la playa y con mucha locomoción hacía Coquimbo y La Serena, se puede ir al Pueblito de Peñuelas, que queda a casi una cuadra del departamento, lo que lo hace muy seguro para andar en la noche por el barrio.
No tiene que ver con el departamento mismo, pero el día que llovió fuerte la puerta principal de acceso a la torre donde esta el departamento quedó inutilizada porque se anegó el lugar, lo que dificultó la entrada y salida de la torre.
