Great experience overall, very clean and nice host the location of central and close to everything. Would recommend.
Currently the building is across the street from a construction site, so that might affect future sea view and currently might bother some people who want to sleep late. Honestly didn’t bother me but some people might find that annoying.

שהדירה מרווחת שהגענו כבר חיכה לנו מזגן פועל אין כיף כזה באמת נהנו מרפסת גדולה מאוד ובעל דירה עם זמינות מדהימה שהגענו התבלבלנו בקוד והוא הגיע ישר לעזור המחיר שווה והמיקום מעולה אנחנו היינו עם רכב
אולי ניקיון הייתי משפרת טיפה נגיד טיפה שיערות במקלחת שהיו חוץ מזה באמת שהכל היה מעולה

We decided to find a place to stay 2 nights at the last minute on erev Rosh Hashana. This place was perfect. Jersey, the host was responsive, the place had great lighting, windows and a large porch facing Eilat's North Beach. The underground parking was a plus. The supermarket below, open every night til 12 am was convenient. And we were a fairly close walk to the north beaches. We brought food and cooked. The AC was great. The washer was a plus as well.
A few very small things. Missing from the kitchen was a washing sponge for dishes, a silver ware holder on the drying rack, a bit more coffee would have been nice as well. I would have loved softer and larger bath towels... A few things need to be fixed , the shower head leaks , there was a split in the doorframe of the bedroom. (Just a note for the owner to have fixed since it is a new apartment.
