Two separate beds that were not holding together.

The accommodation was perfect. The entire complex is exceptional when it comes to designed, details and facilities. It's peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed it. Just be aware that there is no proper supermarket, so better stock up at some larger supermarkets before entering the complex. Also, bring some water shoes as the entrance in the water can include some sharp stones.

The beach club is a bit pricy for what it's offering. We paid for 2 sunbeds and umbrella + beach towels 44EUR.

The room provided a beautiful view of the Sea and was very spacious. It was a short walk to the public beach (8-10 minutes). It was a clean and comfortable apartment. Some kitchen items were provided (no bowls or things to bake in despite having an oven). The washing machine was convenient, but the drying rack was quite small. Our car had its own space in their underground garage.

You’re already paying a premium for the location, but everything felt overpriced. Each person was 50€ / night in fees, including my 3year old, which I’ve never experienced in my travels around Europe. There’s a 500€ deposit upon check-in that you should get back after leaving. The dogs were 30€ /night per dog, which wasn’t disclosed until arrival. You have to pay for the beach closest to the hotel; the Green Beach being 64€/ day for my husband and I. Pools are not included in the price for your stay either. After paying so much to stay here, my family and I felt it was worth the walk just to enjoy the beach 10minutes away. This structure is very hard to navigate, it’s a bit of a maze. We received an escort after check in to get us from the garage to our apartment and now I know why. There aren’t any direct stairs from your apartment to the beach or the ground floor; you have to maneuver various elevators and stairs within the apartment complex and the elevator was broken during our stay (we saw someone trapped as we went to use it). Check in was time consuming. You have to stop at the gate to get a parking pass with a censor to access the garage (all the censors and very finicky), then you park underground in a dedicated space, my husband went to check us in ( through the maze) while I waited with our family for at least 20minutes in this underground garage. We then had to unload and carry our things through the maze (we weren’t offered a luggage cart),thankfully with an escort. It was a lot for a family of 5 with young children and two dogs. Despite the appeal of a nice, spacious apartment, this doesn’t feel like a place meant for a family between the difficulty of navigating the complex and the expenses.

The location is very nicely situated, with a clear highlight being the boat trip from Sistiana to Trieste—highly recommended. Traveling with dogs was easy as there are spots on both sides of the location where dogs can swim. The coffee shop on the property serves excellent coffee and fantastic croissants in the morning.

Collection of the keys was a nightmare—none of the gates worked with the security code card provided at the front gate. This issue was never properly resolved during our entire stay. The apartment itself was good and spacious, but the lawn was poorly maintained, which led to a lot of mosquitoes invading the room. The swimming pool isn’t directly accessible on the property; you can only swim at the beach club for a hefty daily fee for two people—hardly a reasonable option if you just want a quick early morning swim. Information available in the rooms was quite limited. Also, with check-in at 15:00, arriving late means the restaurants are often already fully booked. Overall, I feel the Booking.com rating is overrated for this place.

Gute Lage, schönes Appartement, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Äusserst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Klimaanlage und stabiles WLan.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Keine negativen Anmerkungen. Folgender Hinweis für nachfolgende Mieter: Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und hatten in einem Appartement mit 2 Schlaf- und Badezimmern genügend Platz. Das zweite Schlafzimmer war etwas dunkel. Das Bettsofa kann für 2 weitere Personen als Bett genutzt werden und steht ausgezogen direkt vor der Balkontüre. Das App. scheint mir für die 6 ausgewiesenen Personen etwas eng.

Luksusowe apartamenty. Mega wygodne łóżko a poduszki jak chmurki, po prostu bajka (chciałabym taka mieć:)) Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Serdecznie pozdrawiamy!

Wszytsko było idealne, nawet fakt że świetna resturacja jest w tym samym budynku.

Die Lage ist sehr gut: ruhig und zentral gelegen. Triest & Udine sind nicht weit. Anlage: Gepflegt und tolle Sicht zum Meer. Unser Apartment war schön eingerichtet und war gut geschnitten. Die Betten waren großartig. Es gab eine Hundewiese.

Die Anlage ist architektonisch interessant, jedoch etwas unübersichtlich durch die vielen Stiegen, Aufgänge und Lifte. Der Check-in ist komplett digital und in Eigenregie durchzuführen, weshalb man dauerhaft online sein muss. Der Hauswart spricht zwar kein Englisch, war aber stets bemüht zu helfen. Vor der Anreise ist ein längeres Einweisungsvideo anzusehen, was nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Das Apartment war geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, allerdings mit kleinen Mängeln (z. B. Türen müssten eingestellt werden). Der Duschdruck ist ausbaufähig oder war die Handbrause kaputt?. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten – wenig Geschirr, kein Toaster, sehr wenig Reinigungsmittel (ca. 20 ml Spülmittel, ein Einweg-Geschirrtuch). Putzutensilien standen auf der Terrasse, der Kübel war noch nicht geleert. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier waren knapp bemessen. Insgesamt wirkte die Ausstattung eher minimalistisch. Die Anlage weist kein Fitnessstudio auf und es gibt praktisch keine Laufstrecke. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts gab es eine kurze Irritation, da wir fälschlicherweise für einen kleinen Schaden verantwortlich gemacht wurden. Nachdem wir das klargestellt hatten, wurde die Angelegenheit umgehend beendet.
