I would recommend it for two people not more.

The apartment has well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is excellent as well. We loved the fact that everything was well-conceived: shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer with diffuser, toothpaste. Apartment has great location it’s near the center.

I didn’t like the fact that it’s basically a basement. You can see the people walking on the street. We didn’t open curtains because of that. On top of that you can hear everything that is happening on the street while you’re sleeping. Another disadvantage is the fact that the apartment has only two chairs and I was with my two friends. We couldn’t eat meal together. One of us had to sit on the bed while eating.

Tiny Bathroom

The unit was not ground level, but beneath ground level hence you have to bend down to enter and exit the unit. Couldn't open the window shades due to privacy issues and you can hear the footsteps from the people walking by, especially at night. The bathroom sink is so narrow and small that we couldn't use it without spilling water on the floor. The shower is only enclosed partially so water gets out onto the floor. The neighborhood is clean but many storefronts are out of business which is a bit depressing.

Great stay

Great place in Thessaloniki! We were looking for an apartment near the sea and close to all the busses and metro to be able to visit this great city. We found it at SKG Retreat Emerald! We arrived by car and we parked on the street where the owner told us, the car was safe for 4 days, we didn't move it. You don't need a car in this city! The apartment is very clean!!! We had towels for all 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and from the owner we had 4 coffees. Great wifi, Netflix for the children, air conditioning, everything you need! Near the apartment you will find the metro station Fleming in only 5 minutes walking and the bus station is on the main street (2 minutes walking). When you want to visit this great city SKG Retreat Emerald is the place you want to stay in! Book it now!

Noisy basement, fully and generously equipped but not suitable for a good sleep

A complete apartment with everything offered. Very nice care was taken to be full of everything, from toiletries to equipment. It was very close to the seafront and also very close to the metro station (that was important due to the impossible parking in the city, cars are not to be moved at all).

It was in a semi-basement (which was not mentioned in the description and it definitely should so to avoid it at any cost). That means that it was extremely noisy, we could hear cars, motor-bikes, even pedestrians talking or -worst- shouting so there was never a quite moment. We would never chose a basement, quite sleep is the No 1 parameter for us when booking. The bed was very small (140 cm width) so we couldn't fit there. If we combine the medium-to-poor quality of mattress, then all these 3 (noise, small bed, bad mattress) made our sleep unbearable.

Hezký byt na dobrém místě a za dobrou cenu.

Hezký a skvěle vybavený byt (mají i vývrtku na víno 😁). Výborná poloha, blízko k metru i k zastávce autobusu jezdícího mezi letištěm a centrem města (linka 1X a 1N). V pátek bývá v sousední ulici trh s ovocem a zeleninou, čerstvými rybami…. Majitel ihned reaguje na každou zprávu. Moc se nám tu líbilo.

Nic špatného jsme nenašli.

Sehr gemütliche und schicke Unterkunft mit guter Busverbindung in die Innerstadt. Nette und gut erreichbarer Vermieterin und guter Ausstattung.

Es gab nur zwei Stühle für drei Personen und ein weiterer kleinerer Topf wäre noch ganz schön
