The staff was attentive and polite, the suite was amazing, clean, smells great and the comp was great as well! The food for the room service was so so and can be improved and the in room menu must be updated. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of selection.

We had an awful experience with Solaire North during our recent stay. I booked 3 rooms for our family. During check-in, I specifically told the receptionist that we only had 3 rooms booked, but we were told that we had 4 rooms. On the day of check-out, we were suddenly informed that we should only have 3 rooms and that the 4th reservation had not been properly canceled either by Agoda or Solaire. Because of this, I was charged over ₱17,000 for a room that should have been canceled. This could have easily been avoided if our reservations had been properly reviewed and confirmed during check-in, especially since I already informed the receptionist that we only had 3 rooms and I have sent emails 1 week ago for our reservation. What's even more frustrating is that the refund for the canceled room has still not been credited to our account. The room was canceled back in June, and it is now August. When we followed up, Agoda advised us that the delay was with the bank. At this point, we are still waiting for our money to be returned. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue: • Our luggage took 1 hour and 30 minutes to be delivered to our room. • Two of our rooms were not ready until after 3:00 PM. • The room that should have been canceled wasn't ready until almost 7:00 PM, and we had to follow up multiple times just to get an update. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better coordination and service. What should have been a special family celebration turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. I hope Solaire reviews what happened, especially its reservation and guest service processes. The ₱17,000+ charge and delayed refund are especially disappointing because this situation could have been prevented with proper communication and verification during check-in.
