Excelencia New Villa with Artistic Pool & Sea View

We had such a wonderful stay and felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. Fragkoula is a truly lovely host — so warm, friendly and full of Greek hospitality. As we didn’t have a car, she even kindly took us to the local supermarket when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The location was perfect, good amenities and shops nearby. It has sea views from the upper floors, large spacious living areas, well equipped kitchen indoor and out and a stunning swimming pool and gardens. The home itself is beautiful. It was spotlessly clean, so well cared for, and you can really feel the love and pride she puts into it. It doesn’t feel like just a holiday rental; it feels like a real Greek home, full of warmth and care. Fragkoula has created something very special, and we left feeling happy, relaxed and very grateful. Efcharisto poli, Fragkoula — we will definitely be back!

We have just returned from a fantastic 9-night stay and couldn’t recommend this villa highly enough. The owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We booked the villa mainly for the outdoor space and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The grounds are spacious, with plenty of seating areas and the freshwater pool was perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The villa was in an amazing location, only around 8 minute taxi ride from the Old Town. Taxis were easy to get and always found the villa without any problems. There are several supermarkets nearby, although we would recommend hiring a car, especially as the walk back from the shops is uphill. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning in every room was a huge plus and the views from the master bedroom and rooftop terrace were lovely, with the sea visible in the distance. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about their guests, from the thoughtful welcome basket to the delicious cake left for us during our stay. Even the pool was regularly maintained throughout our visit. A truly wonderful villa that exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and hope to return in the future.
