No breakfast but I like my bedroom and my bed.

The reception guys did his best to accommodate my needs and make my stay better, he moved guy to other room so I don’t sleep in a full of guys being the only woman.
Sheets were cleaned and bed ready and lockers with key included
The pin of the location they send you after you reserve is very accurate in Google maps
I read the comments ( reviews) several times and came prepared mentally and physically ( instant coffee, my own tea supplies, and extra bed sheet, etc) so that’s why I can give them an good review and not a so low score and value the effort of the guy and only stayed 1 night
The property is not ideal for solo female travelers or long stays. Although there is a “ladies’ room,” it is shared with men. The bathroom was not clean (dirty toilet, no towels rags, and a very dirty floor mat). Most guests were men, including delivery workers living there long-term, which felt unsafe—especially when I was the only woman in a mixed dorm, and more men were being added to the room.
I also witnessed a guest being fighting not to be moved from his bed just because another arrival preferred it, which felt unprofessional. There is no secure place to store a bike; you have to leave it unlocked in the common area and trust staff to watch it.
The “privacy sheet” on bunk beds covers only half the space, and I experienced inappropriate behavior from another guest. In addition, a stranger entered my room from the balcony while I was packing, as the balcony door cannot be locked from the outside.
Small details added to the disappointment—like a coffee machine with no capsules. Overall, not recommended for solo female travelers and suitable only for very short stays.
Not convenient if you come without your own vehicle. You have to uber yourself everywhere.

Cheap! Coffee and tea were included, which was a nice gesture. Close to supermarkets. Clean beds/bed linen.
Very close to a busy road with lots of traffic noise. Dirty floors, don't even think of taking off your shoes. The bathrooms were poorly cleaned.
