Dobrej jakości, nowo wyremontowane wnętrza. Czysto i blisko centrum Swornegaci. Praktyczne zamki szyfrowe oraz parking na terenie obiektu. Wystarczająco wyposażony aneks kuchenny to zdecydowany plus. Dodatkową atrakcją są bilard i piłkarzyki w piwnicy.
Bliskość drogi jest dość uciążliwa — przy otwartych oknach trudno było spać, ponieważ hałas przejeżdżających większych samochodów regularnie nas budził. Minusem jest również brak balkonu, na którym można byłoby wypić poranną kawę, co podczas wakacyjnego pobytu ma dla nas znaczenie. Fotel rozkładany przeznaczony dla trzeciej osoby był nieco za wąski i mało komfortowy.
