The property is in very good condition - it is freshly decorated and clean.
It’s a quirky cottage in a good location for access to the NE coast, Newcastle and Northumberland - although the noise of planes taking off first thing in the morning and late at night is pretty loud.
For a tall couple the property did present challenges - when in the kitchen area and when in the shower room. It wasn’t possible to shower with ease, and you have to reverse onto the loo!
We found the lighting a challenge - from struggling to find all light switches on the first night - to it being very dark (especially upstairs where there is limited natural light) when drying hair/applying make-up.
