First of all, it must be noted how incredibly swift, reliable, and helpful Air Simplicity is as a host. They were quick to contact and responded just as fast. Instructions for checking in and out were very clear as well.
Now for the house itself--perfect for groups of 7-8 people. All bedrooms were appointed with full/queen-sized beds, and the master's bedroom had a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. Kitchen was complete with a dishwasher, large fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and toaster.
The only thing I'd suggest they improve are the sliding doors for two of the bedrooms. They don't fully close, so it would be helpful for acoustics and better privacy if they did.
Location was also perfect for our family, as we had to be in Golden, CO which was just an easy 15-20 minute drive away. The neighborhood itself is very residential and full of young families, which made it very safe. Groceries were nearby as well as a big shopping center.
Overall, great value for your buck!
