#24 at Gruene Silo Inn

We loved our stay here at the Gruene silo Inn, #24. It was close enough to Gruene as to allow us to walk in every morning and get coffee. We also walked into town for lunch one day. But, it’s far enough away from the town center, that it is quiet and not crowded. It’s got a very rustic charm, but with modernization where you want it. It had everything we needed and was perfect for the two of us. Our bed was super comfortable, which is the most important thing to us at any vacation rental. The grounds were just beautiful. It was nice that we could put a code in to open our door, rather than needing a key. We didn’t have a need to see the host, but they were very communicative through text. Such a great property! We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing we didn’t like, if I had to pick something, was the noise from upstairs. It wasn’t so horrible that I would complain. It was just normal upstairs noise. Luckily the people that stayed upstairs weren’t loud and went to bed around the time that we did. Also, they weren’t there the second night.
