Great host, very responsive. Amenities are amazing with rooftop pool,sauna and hammam. Fitness is also a plus and the localization is very good in a calm neighborhood.
The furniture is absolutely shoddy, I don't think even on the level of ikea. You go from a modern, clean, well-secured building to an apartment that looks like it's for young students from the suburbs. Extremely hard bed, only one and a half squares and meaningless since there is so much space in the bed area. Uncomfortable couch, old and ugly nightstands. Coffee maker probably never used before, total absence of soap in the kitchen, coffee capsules and more. First time renting an apartment and have to buy coffee capsules if I sleep some nights. A small bottle of water would be appreciated, even given the cost which is at a very high end. Shampoo and conditioner present but in disposable portions in defiance of the environment, as well as very poor quality.
Loud noise coming from outside given the presence of many clubs nearby.
