Grosser Wohn-Essbereich, schöner Blick aufs Meer. Indoor Braai. Airfryer nagelneu. Garten war Wetterbedingungen nicht nutzbar, ist aber sicher schön.
Einiges sehr abgegriffen oder defekt: Eismaschine im Kühlschrank kaputt, Schraubknopf vom Wasserhahn abgebrochen, keinen funktionierenden Flaschenöffner, Herd, Lampe im Bad, der Trockner... Im Winter nicht bewohnbar, da Heizung dafür unterdimensioniert. Es wird wegen des Nebels auch feucht in der Wohnung.
