こちらから何度か連絡してもオーナーからの連絡が宿泊前日まで全くなく、不安になりBooking.com にも連絡しました。当日になってもチェックイン方法の連絡がなく、
宿の前にて再度連絡をしてやっとキーボックスのコードが送られてきました。

We were supposed to have Casa Matilde but there was some problem on the day of arrival. The owner wrote me via email and offered me another property, which was great ! Very good contact with the owner

Matilda made sure the apartment was ready for me even though I arrived early and instructions were clear about keypad and WiFi. Apartment was fabulous. Lovely comfortable bed with new bed linen and well equipped kitchen. Nice quiet safe neighborhood and only 10 minute walk to Ostuni historic centre. Matilda was always quick to reply to any of my questions

It was very close to the main square. It was the perfect size for a solo traveller.
It was due to the neighbours they were getting out of their cars in the middle night and so I could see the light shinning through the door and was noisey. Wasn’t the properties fault at all!
