Rozmarýna chalupa Vrbice

For me, this was a great place to stay. The accommodation itself is quite simple – essentially a bedroom and a kitchen area without cooking facilities, which wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t need them. What you get in return, however, is something much more interesting: a beautiful traditional old house right in the middle of Vrbice, with a lovely private courtyard where you can sit, relax and enjoy a summer evening. The traditional character of the house was actually its biggest advantage for me. It may not have a living room with a fireplace or lots of modern facilities, but for a summer trip it was exactly what we wanted. Personally, I think I would probably choose a different type of accommodation for a winter stay, when an indoor living area would matter more to me, but in summer the courtyard works perfectly as an additional living space. It is also a particularly good choice if you are travelling with bicycles, as there is plenty of safe space to keep them. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I was a little worried about the heatwave during our stay, but the thick walls of this traditional old house kept the interior pleasantly cool and made it a surprisingly comfortable place to be even in very hot weather. A really nice touch is the selection of local products available in the house. We particularly appreciated being able to take a bottle of Moravian wine from the fridge at a very reasonable price. We didn’t try the other products, but there were also jars of food available, so if you arrive tired and hungry in the evening, you can have something to eat and enjoy a good local wine without having to go anywhere. That said, nothing can replace the short walk to the famous wine cellars of Vrbice. Just a few minutes from the house you reach one of the most beautiful and distinctive wine-cellar areas in South Moravia, with rows of traditional cellars built into the hillside. It is a fantastic place to wander around, taste some excellent local wine

Naprosto úžasné ubytovaní pro lidi, kteří hledají klid a při tom chtějí být kousek od všeho. Velmi vkusné a prostorné bydlení, sladěné do posledního detailu. Prostorný, uzavřený dvůr zajistí naprosté soukromí. Večer se zde dá posedět, nebo si něco opéct na grilu. Snídaně je podávána nedaleko od chalupy a je z čeho vybírat. Velké plus musím dát posteli...velmi pohodlné spaní.
