Oceanfront Pool Balcony at Ospreys Nest in North Topsail Beach

Very clean. All amenities . The help desk.(Allen) was very quick to respond to questions.

Water was shut off half a day by county. But that’s out Everyone’s control.

This location with the gorgeous views can't be beaten! What we loved is the ocean views and balconies from all 3 levels. It reminds of being on a yacht. 😃

The cleaning fee is high, yet there was plenty of dust in the air vents. Some crocery were not clean yet packed away. Our outside steps were also very sandy while the same wasn't noticed on the neighbors'. It's small compared to the overall cleanliness, just thought for the extra fee that could be taken care of.

The location and cleanliness of this unit was outstanding. The three-story unit features an ocean-front balcony on each floor, a well-furnished kitchen, comfortable bed, and lots of light. The host was very receptive to any messages and the instructions from him were clear. There is a very good restaurant less than 3 miles away, and a fun pirate bar in walking distance. The beach wasn't crowded or noisy and there was parking next to the stairs for easy access to the unit. Beach access was also very close. All in all, everything was amazing and we hope to return! I highly recommend this unit--it was everything we hoped it would be.
