Parking. The slope of the ramp was steep, we had difficulty getting out

The staff was very nice and friendly. They greeted us with a smile every time we walked by. The AC’s were in good working condition. The property was within walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores.
The parking situation held us up at check in. That’s because the parking confirmation was given to me by the management a few hours before check in. It was a pay first before park situation. I thought I can just pay someone at the property. Instead, I had to pay via g-cash or bank transfer which I was unfamiliar with being a US resident. Furthermore, we’ve just came from a 6 hour drive from the province. Good thing, the staff and security guard helped us with the process.
The kitchen sink was draining slowly.
