The apartment is ideally situated with beautiful, modern interiors. The property manager is very welcoming, and we had no issues with parking. The bed was very cozy, and it was a great value compared to other places.

During our first day, the area experienced several power outages. Unfortunately, the apartment’s electrical wiring seems ill-suited for this, as the power surges caused the circuit breakers to trip repeatedly, leading to flickering safety lights and constant beeping as the security cameras kept rebooting. While we understand the owner cannot be held responsible for the local grid, the current electrical setup is clearly problematic. Additionally, the kettle in the apartment was not functioning upon our arrival. Although the manager was helpful and replaced it after two days, it was an inconvenience. We also noted that during our extended stay, there was no service to empty the trash or replenish essential toiletries. Regarding the terrace, it was unfortunately difficult to use due to the presence of many pigeons, and it lacks sufficient shade during the day. We also found the sea view to be quite limited. Finally, we would advise that this apartment may not be ideal for families with young children. The layout is challenging for strollers, and the presence of steep stairs makes it less suitable for families with toddlers. Overall, however, we feel that we made a good choice with this location, and we see these issues as minor details that we are sure the owner will resolve shortly.
