Emplacement au coeur de Montorgueil. Accueillis par une personne très agréable qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer ce qu'il y avait à savoir et de faire le tour de l'appartement avec nous. Relativement calme au vu de le vie de quartier. Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé
Je mesure plus d'1.85m donc je me sens un peu oppressé mais ce n'est pas le cas de ma partenaire qui a adoré ce "cocon". Les plafonds sont bas mais tout est optimisé et il y a une baignoire.
