Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, choć trzeba pamiętać, że dojście do niego prowadzi po wielu schodach lub w górę ulicy (co pewnie dla niektórych może być przeszkodą). Apartament jest bardzo przestronny i jasny. Pokoje duże i wygodne łóżka. Na początku czerwca nie było problemu z temperaturą. Podstawowy kontakt z właścicielem jest szybki i bezproblemowy.
Wyposażenie kuchni jest mocno zdekompletowane, my byliśmy we trójkę i trudno było znaleźć trzy takie same naczynia (kubki, talerze, szklanki). Do tego naczynia i sztućce były niedomyte. Właściciel odmówił nam też pomocy przy zamówieniu taksówki. Ogólnie wszystko poprawnie, ale pozostał niedosyt.
