Todo fue perfecto la ubicación y el apartamento
El trato del señor que nos recogió la llave no fue agradable... No se trata así al cliente hablando de la manera tan déspota que lo hizo solo porque pedimos dejar las maletas un momento mientras bajábamos a desayunar

No me gustó la manera de engañar la gente la hora de reservar Porque te dejan hasta que terminas de reservar y te ponen que no puedes entrar al establecimiento hasta las ,16h00 de la tarde desde las 12h00 que hemos reservado .encima te ponen después de pagar que no te devuelven el dinero y tienes que aguantar en la calle 4 horas con el calor que hacía teñido pagada una habitación sin poder anular la reserva para ver si puedes encontrar otro hotel para entrar a tes a descansar sin tener que estar en la calle por lo mucho que estás cansado .. Indignante.
