The space
The villa has 3 available bedrooms with A/C: one on the first floor and two on the second floor. The main bedroom has one queen bed and one full bed, along with an ensuite bathroom. Rooms 2 and 3 have two full beds and they both share a bathroom. The common areas include a comfortable living room with A/C and a TV, a kitchen with its dining table, and a pool with its own deck and sun beds.
There is also a terrace with a dining table on the second floor, in case you want to have lunch there while enjoying the ocean breeze, or just relax under the sun with a book and a nice, cold drink.
Guest access
From the villa, you have direct access to the bay, where you can go kayaking to the sandbars, charter a boat for the day (not included), throw some fishing lines, or just relax by the pier.
[In regards to the boat ride, although we currently don't offer the service directly, we can help you arrange a trip with a third-party.]
There is also access to the beach, from Tesoro Beach Hotel (across Costa del Sol's main road), with a day pass for a daily fee, which is directly paid to the hotel.

It is important to know, the villa is located in a condominium. The pier is shared with other owners. The villa, itself, however is a private space, with its own private yard and pool/deck.

This was a fantastic space for my family of 2 kids (9&11), wife, mother-in-law, aunt, and myself! The 2 rooms upstairs are not connected from the inside which provides a little more privacy for people staying upstairs. The house had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The property workers (Don Mario, Don Marcos, & Don Roberto) were an absolute pleasure to get to know. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind to us from the moment we checked in to the time we left. I even accidentally left my luggage outside and they graciously kept it safe until I returned! Don Mario even helped arrange a trip on a boat with Don Abran! It was a great boat trip! The pool is smaller than expected but still a great feature to have. All my kids need is water to have a good time. The grill is a bit used and could benefit from some replacing of parts. The water in the bathroom is either salty or really hard. I had some difficulty contacting the owner prior to my trip. I had to contact VRBO to facilitate the communication which they did. After that point, the owner was in contact with me. The electricity did go out for a few hours on our first full day because of the local electric company doing some work. I think this is to be expected. The property to located in a fairly isolated location which provides more privacy. There are plenty of small shops and dining places for eating. I can't wait to return! This was a gem! I especially loved the view of the volcano!

Unfortunately it was only one day. The place is nice, cozy and plenty of space. The road to get to the place is a little bit rough. The house is on a side road. But you get there is worthy.

It was a nice place to stay. The only issue was that the water service was salty water. Shower, bathrooms and kitchen was salty water. No hay agua dulce solo salada.
