Very last-minute reservation and everything was perfect. The host was very responsive, the house was great, and it was perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend on the west side of Knoxville.

The location and its close proximity to Knoxville are what this place has going for it. The cons would be not enough parking for two trucks, sheets smelled sour, there was hair in the upstairs hall bathroom floor and in the shower. Hall bathroom shower and sink did not drain hardly either. Host was great though. Maybe hire a cleaning crew and have your guests prepare for the lack of parking. Other than that no complaints.
