Large spacious cozy year round home on a very beautiful property with a sandy beach.

The most gorgeous sunsets, that is perfect for large groups and multiple families.
Hot tub on the lakeside deck, a large upper deck with gazebo and a propane fire pit.
The property backs onto a very quiet private park and 2 min away from Wolf Run Golf Course,
as well as a convince store 2min away with pizza wings, liquor beer and wine, just over an
hour from Toronto.
Multiple Ski Resorts 30 min or less
There is a Guest Cabin with an Outdoor Kitchen 10ft from the beach fully decked out with
a washroom and cedar enclosed private shower wireless internet Heated and air conditions to
be comfortable year round.
There is multiple paddle boards, multiple Kayaks, Multiple canoes and other water toys.
The Cozy Cottage is Rustic yet fairly modernized and Open Concept and has a spacious dinning room
and living room so large groups and enjoy time together comfortably.

We enjoyed having enough room for everyone to sit in the great room. It was nice having easy access to the fireplace.

Very worth to stay at this properly , we are 17 group with 8 adults and 9 kids comfortably sleep with enough beds including bunk beds and folding beds in living room. the only point which degrades the property is washrooms, there are 2 full washrooms in the house and powder room in the cabin which is 10 to 20 mts away from the property. summer might be good to use this cabin, winter is pretty diffiicult to use this in snow. one of the washroom seems pretty old and require proper maintenance to flow the water in the tub. else everything is good, i would say 10 to 12 people is okay for this property. otherthan this we enjoyed living in this for 2 nights with plenty of beddings and accessories, board games. the living or family room is pretty spacious and benefit to this house with wooden fire place.
