Katmandu is located near the beach (approximately 465 feet) with direct access, so you can hear the surf all day! You can't beat relaxing and sunbathing at your private pool and hot tub.
Enjoy pleasant sea breezes, socializing with family and friends from your generous outdoor decking with ocean views and screened porch. The private pool, hot tub, and large yard are sure to enhance your outdoor enjoyment. Northpoint is a popular beach community located in Duck for active families! You will love the indoor community pool! It’s the ideal reprieve from the hot summer sun or the occasional rainy day. Be sure to take advantage of Northpoint’s private community pier on the nearby sound for great crabbing, kayaking, and sunset views just a few minutes’ stroll from Katmandu.

The private pool is open from mid-April through mid-October. The pool size is approximately 16’ x 33’. Optional pool heat is available for $500/week.
The Northpoint community indoor pool is normally open from April 1st to the end of October. Community pool dates are subject to change.
