The apartment is arranged over one level with a layout designed for comfort and ease. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with access to the outdoor space and a full bathroom with shower. The bright living room features an equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed suitable for one additional guest. Facilities include air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The property includes a covered veranda perfect for outdoor dining, a pleasant private garden and a dedicated parking space. Guests also have access to the seasonal shared swimming pool within the complex; please check opening dates and times with our booking office.

Boat trips to Tavolara depart from the nearby marina.

Payments & Security Deposit

A security deposit is required upon arrival, blocked on a credit card physically presented and in the name of the guest. The release of the deposit depends on the guest’s bank processing times. Any damages or rule violations may result in partial charges.

Tourist Tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

Booking Details

Online Check-in & Contract

After booking, guests must complete the online check-in with document and selfie upload. Data is processed in compliance with the GDPR regulation. Signing a tourist lease contract is mandatory (Italian version provided with an English courtesy copy).

Keys and documents are handled at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from the airport.

Waste Management

The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of any remaining waste before departure.
