Meanwhile, the laundry area, accessible directly from the living room, is functional and well-organized. Equipped with a washing machine, clothesline, and iron, it is designed to make washing clothes and linens as simple and efficient as possible.

The second floor of the villa houses the sleeping area.
It consists of four spacious and elegantly furnished double bedrooms, guaranteeing an experience of pure comfort and relaxation.
