Welcome to the Behringer family’s “Schwarzwaldmädel” vacation apartments in the high-altitude health resort of Todtnau-Muggenbrunn, at elevations ranging from 950 m to 1,250 m. A wonderful hiking paradise with a vast, well-marked network of trails. Freiburg, Titisee, Feldberg, France, and Switzerland are all nearby. In winter, there are over 50 km of cross-country ski trails, plus 50 km of groomed winter hiking trails, toboggan runs, and a variety of lifts with runs of all difficulty levels—just a 20-minute drive to the large Feldberg-Fahl ski region. Enjoyment, relaxation, and healthy exercise in our spacious indoor pool enhance the joy of your vacation. We are family-friendly and hiker-friendly. You can get the Hochschwarzwald Card from us! With our wood pellet heating system, combined heat and power plant, and our solar power system, we’re also committed to sustainability. Our apartments are located in the two buildings, “Michaela” and “Gerda,” which are only 100 meters apart. With the key to your apartment, you have unrestricted access to the facilities of both buildings at any time: a spacious pool area featuring a 5 x 12 m indoor pool with an underwater geyser and a water temperature of approximately 28°. A whirlpool corner with underwater massage jets. Sauna or herbal steam bath (extra charge). Children’s playroom. Self-service washer and dryer (extra charge). Both houses feature ample parking, ski and bike storage, self-service beverage options, and a playground and lawn for relaxing. We’ll provide you with detailed suggestions for free hiking, bus, and mountain rail tours to the most interesting destinations, such as Feldberg, Belchen, Titisee, or the impressive Todtnau Waterfalls.
