The location is great for sure (0.5 miles from beach). Unfortunately we didn’t care so much about that. We had unique perspective about being close to my sister. The house and the furnishings are very worn and have the expected stains of much time and use.
On the positive side again the management company is great; very responsive.

Issues were handled quickly and overall it was a very comfortable stay. Kitchen needs some updating with sharper knives and better skillets.
