A warm welcome to our Casa Thibaut—we’re delighted to be your hosts.
We’ve created our gem here on a beautiful property with an enchanting ocean view: a detached house in a dreamlike location featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, lovely seating areas, and a large garden.
The location alone is fantastic—with stunning views, a very quiet setting, and a wonderful Italian neighborhood.

On the first floor, you’ll find the large living room with a TV, two couches, and the dining room. The kitchen—equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave—and the small bathroom are also on the first floor.
From the kitchen, living room, and dining room, you can step out onto the large terrace, which features two different seating areas. lounge furniture, the pool, and the garden.

The three bedrooms and the large bathroom are located on the first floor.

You will have exclusive use of the entire house, including all rooms. The property, which is completely fenced in, is also exclusively at your disposal. You can park in your own courtyard, which you can enter on foot or by car through the front door or the courtyard gate. There’s also a key safe in front of the entrance in case our housekeeper isn’t available.

Our on-site caretaker/housekeeper is Annetta. She’s a real gem who’s there to help all guests settle in and feel at home. Annetta provides on-site assistance and advice about Imperia/Poggi, restaurant recommendations, insider tips, shopping suggestions (including the weekly market), and more.

Poggi has a small shop with a bakery and a very good little restaurant serving home-style cooking at very reasonable prices...

The free beach is a 7-minute drive away, as Poggi is located on a hill.

A security deposit of 400 € in cash is collected upon arrival and refunded upon departure, provided everything is in order.

The tourist tax of 2 € per day per adult is collected on site.
