This is a private 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, pet friendly home with a beautiful lush garden and private turquoise pool located within walking distance of Princeville Center. The property is surrounded by paved streets, manicured lawns, and jogging trails. Anini beach is less than a mile jaunt from the home.

- Two level home with a two car driveway
-Upstairs: kitchen, living room with TV and sound system, bedroom, full bath, dining area, bar, wrap around lanai with stairs to the back yard.
-Downstairs: main entrance, living room with TV and sound system, two bedrooms, two full bath, laundry, living room access to the back yard.
-Backyard: lush garden, pool, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchenette, half bath, BBQ, outdoor furniture.

Activities: Kauai is a lush garden island offering many outdoor activities
• Water Activities: kayak tours on rivers and ocean, wave surfing, wind surfing, jetski surfing, parachute surfing, stand up paddleboarding, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, boat tours.
• Hiking: For the more experienced hikers Kalalau Trail is a must. An unforgettable hike with amazing views of Napali Coast. Kalalau trail may require reservation/permit.
• Sightseeing: Kauai has amazing scenic drives and jaw dropping vistas. Napali Coast, Waimea Canyon (aka Grand Canyon of the Pacific), Hanalei Valley are just a few.
• Luau: No Hawaii vacation is complete without Luau. The Smith Family Garden Luau offers an amazing experience.
• Golf: Kauai has some amazing golf courses.

We found the home to be perfect for a multi-generational family retreat. The home was clean and nicely furnished. It is a great location near shopping, restaurants, groceries, golf, pickleball and walking distance to a beach. The property includes a pool and hot tub. It is located in a residential neighborhood with very friendly neighbors that share fruit from their trees. There are a few games and puzzles to enjoy. It also has some beach equipment such as chairs and umbrellas. We stayed for a month and had a great time. My one suggestion is to include cleaning supplies for long stays. I requested some but received no response. We had trouble with the key pad and they did fix it the following day. Overall an excellent property and experience.

The house was hexagonal shaped with an interesting floor plan. It was roomie and had a modern feel to it. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We enjoyed the big balcony especially at night looking up at the stars. The neighborhood was quite which we enjoyed. We enjoy staying in Princeville because we like going to the beach in Hanalei. We would definitely like to stay at this house again when we have an opportunity to visit Kauai again.

Stay at this Princeville Retreat could have been any better! This home in paradise was better than advertised. Communication with the host and property manager for very minor needs leading up to the trip and during the stay was responsive, quick, and thorough. The location was perfect and the amenities (pool, hot tub, outdoor grill, AC) were very much utilized and appreciated. I would not hesitate to book this location again on future trips or recommend it to others. Mahalo!

We really enjoyed this rental. The house was very clean and had a pool and hot tub. The A/C worked well and the house had most of the equipment and amenities we were used to. I would probably give a 5 Star but the dishwasher was not in working order and the property manager said they had just had it fixed. She was responsive and said they would order a new one but it wouldn’t get there until after our stay. Other than that there were a few items missing like no pot holders, tongs, bath mats or a vacuum cleaner but all things considered we would definitely rent again and recommend this one to friends and family as long as the dishwasher is replaced.
