With approximately 70 m² of splendor, this apartment is located in a building with a lift on the first floor and offers the option of having an optional Private Parking for a value of €25/day, so you can enjoy the peace of mind of having your vehicle safe and ready to explore Barcelona. In addition, the nearest metro station, Muntaner, connects you to the heart of the city in a few minutes.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

The apartments are impeccably decorated in a modern, minimalist style which really made us feel like a home away from home.

This was a pleasant apartment. Unfortunately the beds (3, I tried them all) were very uncomfortable. I did forward this feedback to the rental company, maybe this has been improved. We stayed 4 nights and the first night was VERY unpleasant due to loud, fighting people in the next suite: lasted hours and kept us all awake. The rental company did evict these renters and were apologetic about the situation, but I offer any any compensation. "we're sorry, it was just bad luck".
