About this apartment rental
This pretty holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a small residence with several residential units, very close to the first sandy beach (600m). With its comfortable furnishings, the small terrace in front and its own parking space, you will find everything you could wish for on holiday here. The popular seaside resort on the Emerald Coast offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities with 7 fine sandy beaches, tennis courts, a water sports centre and one of the most beautiful golf courses in Brittany, swinging with a sea view guaranteed! There are attractive excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the charming seaside resort of Dinard (25 km), the corsair town of St Malo (32 km) and the world-famous Mont St Michel, which is just over an hour's drive away. A utilities & service fee of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. No dog allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted

Really enjoyed our stay here, The flat was perfect for our needs and located near beautiful beaches, The only downside was the lack of TV channels, but we made up for it with outdoor activities!
