* NO Smoking;
* NO Pets;
* Parking ONLY allowed in Garage and Driveway; Additional parking allowed near mailbox area; No parking on street;
* NO unregistered guests allowed; a fee will be charged for early check-in and late check-out requests.
* $200 gate remote replacement fee if remote is not returned;
Departure:
* Please remove all used bedding and place in laundry room;
* Leave refrigerator and freezer completely clean and empty;
* Please wash all dishes used during your stay;
* If the air fryer was used during your stay, please make sure it is clean prior to departure;
* If the microwave was used during your stay, please make sure it is clean prior to departure;
* Please place all trash in trash bags prior to departure, and place the bags in the city receptacle located in the garage; (city trash pick up days are Tuesdays and Fridays)
* Please observe the HOA’s Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am
* Please Do NOT move furniture.

Thank you for providing a clean and comfortable place for our family to stay for the LSU graduation. We had everything needed, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We made great memories we will cherish forever.
