Customer service was okay remained friendly even though I had a-lot of concerns. Exterior door on the first floor was broken so in other words the door did not lock and ANYONE guest or not could come and go as they pleased. My bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock and when I mentioned these issues to staff he said they were aware and the maintenance man will be coming soon. I stayed 2 days and there was no maintenance. I had to switch rooms because the original room they gave me was not the one I booked. I love to swim and go to the gym and was excited this hotel had those amenities at first. The pool was a horror show rust everywhere poorly ventilated and hair floating in the pool. Gym was full of equipment that did not work only thing you could do in there is look in the mirror and lift weights! Breakfast that was provided was called “cold breakfast” which included muffins, oatmeal packs, tea coffee and hot water! Overall I will never book this hotel again and regret spending my money here. I will be more cautious when taking recommendations next time!

Was treated with complete disrespect and told that they were completely booked up when there were not only rooms online through third-party sites, but there were rooms available through their actual website. I don’t know why they decided that they did not want me to stay there another day, but then upon arriving a few months later I was told after booking the room via a third-party site in front of the staff, that when I went to check in, I was not welcome at the hotel. They then told me I only had till 6 PM to get a hold of the third-party site and try to get my money back. I felt as though they were trying to scam me and in hopes that I wouldn’t be able to get a hold of the third-party site and get my money back. Shame on them. I have stayed at that hotel multiple times prior and never had an issue until the female manager was the person I spoke to. I am honestly discussed with the customer service that she provided
