La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de bares, un bazar chino y varios restaurantes.
La urbanización es muy agradable y tranquila.
La comunicación con Jesús fue rápida y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
El sistema de entrada y salida sin ningún problema.
Había artículos de higiene (gel de baño, champú, gel de manos, gel de platos, bayetas, estropajo, pastillas del lavavajillas, jabón lavadora).
Hay plazas dentro de la urbanización para aparcar el coche.
Hay lavadora, pero absolutamente ningún lugar donde tender. Con lo cual no tiene sentido tener la lavadora.
Faltan colgadores y lugares donde guardar las cosas. El armario de la habitación es muy pequeño.
La descripción pone que tiene balcón, pero no es así. Se trata de un ventanal de gran tamaño.
