Roy Apartments II

The apartment was clean and had all necessary facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was very close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very good with communication, there was issues with the AC but he got fixed as soon as possible. Thank You

The host was very quick to respond and gave us great tips for our trip. The flat is right at the beach. There are many shops and restaurants close by. The flat has dishes and pots/pans. The main room as well as the bedroom have an AC. The flat ended up being extremely dirty, but the host was very understanding and gave us a discount - so that was good!

Well, the flat had a bit of an old and moldy smell. All furniture is definitely on the older side and had obvious signs of use (as if about to break/fall apart). Sadly, it was extremely dirty, bedding and towels had big stains and it felt like it wasn't cleaned properly after the last guests left. There was also a phone that was left in one of the night stands... The dishes were dirty, the fridge was not cleaned either and the oven has seen better days, too. The street is extremely loud, we could not get any sleep at all while we were there. There was no kitchen towel, no sponge to clean the dishes, not enough toilet paper and in the first night the host actually had to bring us more bedding late in the evening because there wasn't enough clean ones at the flat. We ended up leaving early and staying at a hotel because we really didn't feel comfortable. Personally, I would not recommend. Maybe we were just a bit unlucky.
