The apartment is very good. Not only nicely designed and good location, but comfortable, clean, well equiped (smart TV, heater and everything you can need etc). The host whi is interested in satisfacion of the clients. Nice bonus-excelent pizzeria around the corner. Thanx! We were satisfied! Would like to come back!:)

El piso es muy acogedor y decorado con gusto. Nada más entrar a la escalera siempre hay un olor muy agradable. El anfitrión tuvo el detalle de dejar fruta y un vino al llegar. La cocina, también dispone de bastante conforts para poder cocinar y desayunar (hay café, sal, aceite, azúcar e infusiones).
Desde la azotea hay una vista inmejorable del Teide y acceso a la lavadora. El host muy amable a la hora de hacer el check-out.
Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, al ducharnos una después de la otra se acababa. Al cabo de unas horitas volvía. No sé si fue una situación especial debido al mal tiempo que encontramos durante toda la estancia. No lo señalé como no nos resultó algo especialmente grave.
El alojamiento se encuentra en una calle con una subida bastante empinada, y no siempre hay muchos parkings libres justo delante, y puede ser un pequeño desafío.

Todo! Muy bonito, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para desarrollarnos lo mejor posible y más. Lo mejor ha sido el recibiendo, con una botellita de vino, agua en la nevera y algunos plátanos, sin duda para repetir.
Me ha gustado todo.

Die Wohnung ist zentral, aber recht ruhig gelegen, sehr geräumig, gediegen und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die beiden Patios sind eng und von Mauern umgeben, sie bieten keine Aussicht. Um so schöner der Blick von der großen Dachterasse über den Ort, das Meer und den Teide. Es gibt einen großen Flachbild-TV und ein gutes WLAN. Die Verwalter wohnen gegenüber der Straße und sind sehr nett.
Die Parksituation in der Straße ist nicht so optimal. An den Wänden fehlt es an Aufhängern für Kleidung, Wischtücher etc.
