La amplitud del departamento en su interior y en su patio, su ubicación en un entorno tranquilo, no ubicado al centro pero sí del lago y de locales de interés. Tener lavadora y secadora es un muy buen plus.
Encontramos algo de suciedad en una de las habitaciones y falta de objetos de utilidad como artículos de aseo, colgadores y pinzas para sujetar la ropa. Pero son detalles pequeños que son sencillos de resolver y que no empañan en nada la gran experiencia general.
