Property was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds, lots of extra pillows, and plenty of space for our family. Coded door provided easy access.
There is a separate basement unit. When we arrived the door to the basement unit was opened and we were unable to lock it. The lock was keyed on our side but a deadbolt on the basement side (so they always had access to the home via the basement). The property manager had someone come lock the door which prevented it from opening every time the ac turned on, but they left another previously locked door open (from house to garage).
We were assured there wasn’t anyone below, but we heard voices below everyday we were there. The sound comes through the air vents. We knew ahead of time that it was a split property and will avoid these types of rentals in the future. It was just unsettling.

Love the house, location, very clean and comfy.
Also very Modern updated, we definitely coming back to this property in the near future.
