Pre svega super domaćin i super komunikacija, smeštaj ima sve što vam je potrebno kako za kraći, tako i za duži boravak, domaćinska kuća što bi se reklo, nov, čist i uredan. Obezbeđen parking, jako blizu centra, a opet dovoljno daleko da nema buke i da se može odmoriti.
Nije zamerka, ali više preporuka, u apartmanu zna biti jako toplo čak i kada temperatura nije tako visoka, ne znam da li je do izolacije ili nečeg drugog pa smo morali da spavamo sa upaljenom klimom (koja inače super hladi), kako je ispod prozora bašta ukoliko se isti otvore ulazi gomila buba, pa je preporuka staviti komarnike, mala sugestija.
