Lovely and clean smelt lovely as you walked into the actual apartment. The main entrance isn’t great and the front main door doesn’t lock as you leave. But you can lock it as you come in. The stair as you go up could do with a tidy up up and outside the bins and area outside are not very pleasant. As you enter the apartment itself it’s lovely fresh and very clean and tidy.
The double door did not have a key to lock them. And there is only a spatula for cooking with, could do with a couple of other kitchen utensils. Yes I looked everywhere and there wasn’t any. Also would be nice to have a tea bag or a sachet of coffee on arrival after an extremely long journey. There are some really nice touches like shower gel and even Cotten buds in the bathroom but the one thing that you really want after a long trip is a beverage.

Very handy for the Elizabeth line, free parking is great. Bathroom was very clean.
Needs some TLC, especially the main living/kitchen area.

Clean toilets and kitchen.
Bedding and sofas had hair and stains everywhere had to place towel the sleep and sit. When quizzed why the key lock code wasn't working the host got funny with me saying it worked before. 😂
