Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings haben wir leider Schimmel im Gang zum Bad festgestellt (nicht zu wenig). Wir haben das dem Personal gemeldet und es wurde umgehend darauf eingegangen. Im dazugehörigen Hotel Palazzo Matteo wurde uns die beste Suite zur Verfügung gestellt zudem gab es am Ende noch einen Rabatt auf die eigentlich gebuchte Unterkunft. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und haben zu keinem Zeitpunkt wegen der Situation diskutiert. Wir wurden mehrfach gefragt ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Es wurde wirklich ausnahmslos vorbildlich reagiert.
Natürlich der Schimmel. Wir hoffen es kann schnell behoben werden damit man die schöne Unterkunft wieder problemlos bewohnen kann.
